Carter's favorite attraction- the hotel elevator. The poor boy has never even been on one before because he can't behave long enough to get onto one!

A huge Spanish style fountain was a hit with the kids- lucky for me it hadn't been filled yet for the day so I didn't end up with two soaking wet kids first thing in the am
They do manage to find a tiny puddle and made the most of it
My deligtful Carter offers me a silly face and a good shot of his new sweater he had on for less than half an hour that is already drenched in slobber.

Carter loved climbing up a large spiral step case that led up to a bell tower. Unfortunately for me he quickly discovered that he could fit through the arch openings in the tower and was furious that I would not allow him to take flight and fall on the brick pavers below. Yet another nasty temper tantrum
Carter and Abbie race down the hallway to Nana and then back to Papa who is video taping. I am sure the neighbors in the rooms by us greatly appreciated our game but we thought it was fun!
