Just as the pinata/cake part of the party Carter manages to find some squishy dog poop in the dirt he was playing in. I picked him up & took him inside to wash off. When I set him down I saw that he had actually sat in dog poop so it was now on my sweater and jeans too. I only managed to get a borrowed shirt on Carter before he took off for the bounce house again, no pants & all. Needless to say, we both came home in borrowed clothing and got nice hot baths!

I'm making an attempt at catching up on my posts- here is Carter fingerpainting in February. I usually start the day with a good resolve and set out to accomplish great things. I don't like to leave Carter out of everything but sometimes by the end of the day, I question my decisions to give him certain things- like fingerpaint!
