Later, when he thinks no one is looking....
Today I decided to let the kids
scoop out their baby pumpkins we got from Murray Family Farms awhile back, before we went out and bought big pumpkins. I figured they would either love it or hate it so I didn't want to have to scoop out big pumpkins by myself if they weren't interested in it. So glad we tried with the little ones first- they couldn't have cared less. Abbie started out excited until she felt the inside of the pumpkin and then wanted nothing to do with it. Carter couldn't be pulled away from the sandbox. Later that night while I was grilling dinner, Carter wandered over and started scooping out the pumpkin with a spoon and eating seeds just like a pro. Of course, he threw up pumpkin seeds later but it was cute while it lasted.
